After a 6 years absence, Akira Miyanomae, affectionately known as Miya, has returned to Bronxville as the new owner of the Japan Inn.
Miya, who comes from Hiroshima, plans to continue to bring you authentic Japanese cuisine with some new innovations. Prior to his departure in 2006, Miya had been the sushi chef at Japan Inn for almost 18 years.
 
    Now Miya and his staff most graciously looks forward to welcoming you, still to JAPAN INN, then KAITO SUSHI, after the new sign is in place.
